Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to lead inbound/outbound planning and team development in our Istanbul area projects. The role requires strong English, extensive logistics experience, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will manage capacity targets, production budget tracking, and field force teams, fostering continuous improvement across cross-functional operations at Arvato's Anatolian-side location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics processes, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in field force management.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Customer and solution-oriented.
• Living in Anatolian Side of Istanbul-Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

• Planning of inbound and outbound processes.
• Tracking and realization of capacity targets.
• Management and development of inbound and outbound teams.
• Tracking the transfer of production capacities with the customer in daily and weekly meetings.
• Tracking and planning of production budget.
• Tracking and realization of productivity targets.
• Monitoring the income and expenditure balances of the projects for which it is responsible.
