Job summary

Kale Aero in Tuzla, Turkey, seeks a Senior Human Resources Specialist to support Organizational Development within the HR Team. You will analyze workforce requests, provide HRBP support aligned with business objectives, and contribute to talent management and competency assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Analytics, HR Reporting, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Experience in manufacturing HRBP role preferred.
• Experience in recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Knowledge of talent management, performance and competency assessment, learning and development.
• Payroll and personnel administration knowledge.
• Strong Turkish and English communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on with ATS, SAP and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce requests from business units and provide HRBP support aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to the execution of talent management processes.
• Contribute to planning and execution of 360-degree competency assessment processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Plan and manage onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes for employees.
• Identify learning and development needs and monitor implementation.
• Contribute to planning and execution of internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects improving processes and candidate experience.
• Analyze and report HR data to support informed decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across HR projects and initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes.
