Job summary

Magna Exteriors in İzmit, Turkey is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers to optimize workforce planning and ensure a compliant, people-centered recruitment process.

Your responsibilities include candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, training planning, performance management and succession planning, while leveraging SAP/Workday HRIS to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences, Psychology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and career & talent management processes.
Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques; experience in training needs analysis and planning.
Good knowledge of Labor Law and basic HR legislation; SAP/Workday experience preferred; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment processes, including workforce planning support, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
Plan and coordinate onboarding programs to ensure integration and alignment with company culture, policies and practices.
Conduct training needs analyses, prepare annual training plans, organize internal and external programs, and monitor effectiveness.
Support performance management, talent management, succession planning and internal promotions.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with labor legislation and quality standards.
