Job summary

Hayat is seeking a data‑driven HR analytics specialist in Turkey to design and optimize HR processes. You will develop analytics, dashboards, and insights to support management decisions and HR projects across functions.

Responsibilities include reporting workforce data, researching trends, and coordinating HR budgeting while collaborating with HRIS, SAP HR, and SAP BPC systems to enable data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or related analytical fields)
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in system design and structural design for HR processes and integrations
• Knowledge of business planning, process analysis, and design, business and functional requirements analysis, implementation, test, training, support and change management
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to details and a global view
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS
• Experience in project management and compilation of HR cases
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a proactive and can-do attitude
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent command of English
• Experience in SAP HR and SAP BPC is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Developing new ideas, seeing issues from multiple angles, acting with curiosity and urgency to contribute to continuous improvement
• Preparing regular people analytics reports and developing the HR dashboard
• Researching trends and staying current with organizational developments and technologies
• Supporting Management and HR Functions with workforce data and actionable insights
• Participating in and leading HR projects
• Assisting in integrating HR Dashboards and fostering data-driven decision making
• Coordinating HR budgeting processes (Paycost and Function Expenses) and reporting HR Budget vs Actuals
