Job summary

BekaertDeslee Holding in Turkey is seeking an HR Generalist on a one-year contract to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and HR compliance. The role requires English proficiency, 3+ years in HR, and strong knowledge of labor law.

You will handle BES administration, time & attendance, and KPI reporting while coordinating travel and ensuring accurate personnel records within a compliant framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in Human Resources.
• Solid knowledge of Labor Law and legal compliance.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated proficiency in payroll and Time & Attendance (PDKS) software.
• Advanced command of the MS Office Suite.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and offboarding processes.
• Oversee the administration of the Private Pension System (BES).
• Spearhead payroll operations and personnel affairs with full accuracy.
• Execute HR procedures (KVKK, disciplinary actions, personnel files) in full compliance with current legislation.
• Conduct regular reporting and in-depth analysis of Human Resources KPIs.
• Analyze and report on monthly labor costs.
• Monitor annual leave processes in alignment with statutory regulations.
• Plan and coordinate corporate travel arrangements.
