Job summary

HubX is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist for ScaleUp. You will own and optimize large-scale UA campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and more, guided by data-driven decisions.

You will mentor junior marketers and collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to align marketing with growth goals. The role emphasizes ownership, experimentation, and global competitiveness, with a focus on mobile apps and gaming experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related fields.
• 5+ years experience in marketing with at least 2 years in Mobile Apps & Gaming.
• Proven track record of scaling UA campaigns across international markets.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok.
• Expertise in mobile attribution tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms by data-driven decisions.
• Define user acquisition strategies aligned with HubX growth objectives.
• Mentor junior/mid performance marketers and foster a learning culture.
• Collaborate with the creative team to provide KPI insights for new creatives.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Build and optimize advanced campaign structures, audiences, and automation flows.
• Drive creative strategy with data-backed insights and testing of new angles.
• Own the marketing analytics pipeline: tracking, reporting, and interpretation of data.
• Present actionable insights to leadership and influence company decisions.
