HubX Inc. is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist for TapSuite to lead multi-channel campaigns and optimize performance. You will own data-driven decisions, collaborate with creatives, and push for continuous improvement across campaigns.

You’ll work with TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads, leveraging Firebase and Appsflyer insights to improve retention and CPA. Strong analytics and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in digital/performance marketing; mobile apps preferred.
• Hands-on with marketing channels like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok).
• Continue A/B testing to discover new approaches based on results.
• Report campaign results daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Implement optimization strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with creative team to provide KPI insights for new creatives.
• Provide insightful analysis of campaigns and results.
