Job summary

Turna.com is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance and sustainable growth across web and mobile app channels. You will combine hands-on marketing with analytics to link activity to business outcomes and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Data Analytics teams to refine measurements and strategies.

You’ll own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and more, focusing on ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion, and LTV to optimize the customer

Qualifications

• 4+5+ years hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
• Experience managing performance campaigns across web and mobile app environments.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads and other channels.
• Experience with App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adjust; experience with other MMP platforms is valuable.
• Strong understanding of attribution, measurement, audiences, and the relationship between marketing activity and user behavior.
• Ability to evaluate performance beyond channel-level metrics and connect marketing performance with product and business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and optimize performance marketing across web and mobile app channels.
• Develop acquisition and growth strategies with a focus on business outcomes.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets across channels and platforms.
• Monitor performance across the customer journey from acquisition to retention and LTV.
• Use Adjust and other analytics tools to evaluate mobile campaign performance and user behavior.
• Build a 360° view of performance by combining data from web, app, and product.
