Job summary

HubX seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist for DramaTV to drive growth across mobile and web apps. You will lead data-driven campaigns, optimize toward KPI targets, and partner with creative teams to craft effective creatives.

Ownership and experimentation are core to the role as you influence product growth. You will work within a studio-driven model, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Istanbul and Izmir offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• 3+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok.
• Knowledge of Google UAC, FB Ads.
• Knowledge of CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI, Retention, etc.
• Experience with Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Facebook, Google, other networks) based on data.
• Continuously run A/B tests and explore new approaches based on results.
• Report campaign results daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Implement optimization strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to provide KPI insights for new creatives.
• Provide insightful analysis of campaigns and their results.
