Trinmak Engineering A.Ş. seeks a Senior Export Sales Manager to expand international business, focusing on European markets. Hybrid role based in Adapazarı, with strong emphasis on EN 1090 EXC2/EXC3 projects and a solid steel fabrication background.

The candidate will manage the full sales cycle, nurture an established network, and lead international contracts. Fluent English is essential; German is a plus. Travel is required to develop key accounts and win new projects.

Formación

• Experience in export sales for structural steel or related project-based industries.
• Established customer portfolio and network in structural steel, especially Europe.
• Experience securing/managing EN 1090 EXC2/EXC3 projects and related docs.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute export sales strategies for fabrication projects.
• Build relationships with steel contractors, EPCs, and industrial customers.
• Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to contract closure.
• Review specs/BOQ with engineering and production teams.
• Prepare commercially sound proposals with terms and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and logistics teams.
• Represent Trinmak in meetings, site visits, and trade fairs.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and profitability targets.
• Develop repeat business and long-term partnerships.
