Job summary

SETA STEEL seeks a Foreign Trade & Business Development Specialist for Adana to manage export/import operations end-to-end and drive growth in international markets. You will coordinate with logistics partners, prepare documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop new markets across regions.

Strong English, market analysis, and negotiation skills are essential. Collaboration with production, finance, and sales teams will be required in a fast-paced, export-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of export/import procedures, Incoterms, customs processes, and international trade regulations.
• Business development experience with market research, customer networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing import and export operations end-to-end
• Preparing and tracking commercial documents
• Coordinating with logistics companies and business partners
• Monitoring compliance with international trade regulations
• Researching and developing new international markets
• Conducting market and competitor analyses
• Supporting pricing and contract negotiations with overseas customers and distributors
• Maintaining regular communication with existing business partners
• Preparing sales and performance reports
• Working with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order completion
• Supporting participation in foreign trade fairs and events
• Contributing to materials for international sales and marketing activities
