Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in event operations within luxury settings, strong PM skills, and fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years in event operations or similar role.
• Experience with ticketed events and large-scale guest operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for all ticketed events at Tersane İstanbul.
• Manage end-to-end operational process including crowd management, staffing, security, and ticketing coordination.
• Plan and oversee event delivery from planning through post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Security, Engineering, Marketing, Finance) and external partners.
• Prepare event operation plans, timelines, floor plans, and staffing requirements.
• Conduct pre-event site inspections and operational briefings.
• Act as on-site operational lead during events.
• Monitor execution to maintain service quality, safety, and guest experience.
• Review supplier quotations and coordinate procurement within budgets.
• Post-event evaluations and reporting to management.
