Job summary

Tersane İstanbul is seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Design & Delivery Manager in Istanbul to drive retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects from design through handover. You will plan schedules and budgets, coordinate with tenants, consultants, and contractors, and supervise on-site delivery to meet strict quality, safety, and timeline targets.

Strong on-site management experience and fluency in English are essential for effective communication with international clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Technical University degree preferred).
5–8 years of professional experience in retail/residence/hotel fit-out and construction projects.
Extensive on-site construction management experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
Professional proficiency in English for international coordination.

Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects from design development to handover.
Planning, monitoring, and controlling schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinating with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Managing renovation, refurbishment, new lease, relocation, and kiosk projects.
Supervising on-site construction activities and ensuring quality and HSE compliance.
Conducting site inspections and quality control reviews.
Identifying risks and resolving issues.
Building relationships with clients and stakeholders and reporting progress to management.
