Job summary

Tersane İstanbul is seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Design & Delivery Manager in Istanbul to drive retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects from design through handover. You will plan schedules and budgets, coordinate with tenants, consultants, and contractors, and supervise on-site delivery to meet strict quality, safety, and timeline targets.

Strong on-site management experience and fluency in English are essential for effective communication with international clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Technical University degree preferred).
• 5–8 years of professional experience in retail/residence/hotel fit-out and construction projects.
• Extensive on-site construction management experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Professional proficiency in English for international coordination.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated "Assistant Retail Design & Delivery Manager " to join our team.

Job Description

• Managing and coordinating retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design development to handover
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinating with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Managing renovation, refurbishment, new lease, relocation, and kiosk projects
• Supervising construction activities on site and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control reviews
• Identifying project risks and proactively resolving technical and construction-related issues
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and project stakeholders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Preparing progress reports and presenting project updates to management
