Job summary

Randstad Türkiye, on behalf of a global leading telecommunications technology company, seeks an Enterprise Product & Solution Sales Engineer in Ankara to provide presales technical support and design enterprise data communication solutions. You will work with the sales team to deliver end-to-end network solutions and support customers through the presales process.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience, strong knowledge of routing, switching, data center, and SDN/NFV, and good English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience is required.
Knowledge of core networking technologies (routing protocols, switching, data center, SDN/NFV).
Familiarity with data communication products from vendors such as Huawei, Cisco, HP; HCIP/HCIE, CCNP/CCIE are advantageous.
Knowledge of enterprise campus networks, data center solutions, or carrier network architectures.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel for short business trips.
Knowledge of SDN and industry private network solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide presales technical support for data communication products and solutions, including Routing & Switching, Data Center, SDN, Cloud-Network Convergence, and Wireless Networks.
Understand customer requirements, conduct technical discussions, design solutions, and deliver technical presentations.
Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture documents, and the technical sections of bidding and tender documents in collaboration with the sales team.
Design customized data communication solutions for enterprise campus networks, data centers, and industry-specific private networks, including topology diagrams, configuration lists, and technical documentation.
Support product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, and technical training sessions to showcase product capabilities and value.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data communication and contribute to solution development and best practices.
Collaborate with the sales team to address customer technical requirements and support project delivery and business development activities.
