Job summary

Arena is seeking a Technical Consultant to provide pre-sales technical support for Huawei Enterprise solutions, design architectures, prepare proposals, and deliver demonstrations. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and craft cost-effective networking solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a related Bachelor's degree, has ≥3 years in pre-sales or system engineering, possesses Huawei product knowledge (certifications preferred), and communicates fluently in English

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales, system engineering, or technical support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical & Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Huawei Enterprise products experience preferred; Huawei certifications are a plus.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with customers.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain vendor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for Huawei Enterprise solutions.
• Design and recommend network architectures based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and product configurations.
• Analyze customer needs and develop scalable, cost-effective networking solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and PoC activities.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and provide technical consultancy.
• Work with Huawei teams to design complex solutions and resolve issues.
• Support tender/RFP processes with technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales technical support for Huawei Enterprise solutions.
• Design and recommend network architectures based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and product configurations.
• Analyze customer needs and develop scalable and cost-effective networking solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and PoC activities.
• Work closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to identify business opportunities and provide technical consultancy.
• Collaborate with Huawei technical teams to design complex solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Support tender and RFP processes by preparing technical documentation and compliance matrices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar pre-sales, system engineering, or technical support role.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei Enterprise products is highly preferred.
• Huawei certifications (HCIA, HCIP, or HCIE Datacom) are considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of virtualization, server, and storage solutions is considered a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and obtain vendor certifications.
