Job summary
Vodafone Türkiye seeks an experienced technical presales professional to support fixed connectivity, SD-WAN and cybersecurity offerings for enterprise customers. You will analyze customer needs, design solutions, and collaborate with Sales to respond to RFIs/RFPs, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
The role requires a university degree in engineering, strong networking skills (CCNP level a plus), and excellent English.
Qualifications
- Telco connectivity/UC/security presales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Computer/Telecommunication or Mathematics Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Connectivity, SD-WAN, DWDM and MPLS
- English proficiency and ability to translate business needs into Vodafone services
- Military service completed (for male candidates)
Responsibilities
- Make troubleshooting in case of faults or service outages
- Find root cause of faults and take corrective actions
- Work proactively to prevent incidents
- Support other teams
- Ensure Core services are planned and implemented with resilience
- Ensure Core Network configurations align with plans
- Contribute to Vodafone Turkey sales/marketing strategies
- Create customer‑specific technical solutions
- Address critical issues and coordinate support
- Explain product features and business benefits
- Understand customer business, translate needs into Vodafone services
- Assist Sales in responding to RFIs/RFPs
- Adhere to timelines and budgets to meet targets
