Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks a seasoned presales engineer for data communication solutions. You will research customer demand, design architectures, prepare technical proposals, and present solutions across routing, switching, data center and SDN/NFV domains.

You will lead bidding documents, cooperate with the sales team, deliver tailored enterprise campus and data center solutions, demonstrate products, and stay current with industry trends while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information or related fields.
• 5+ years of presales or technical support in data communication.
• Proficient in routing/switching, data center architectures, SDN/NFV, with independent design skills.
• Familiar with Huawei/Cisco/HP products; relevant HCIP/HCIE or CCNP/CCIE certifications preferred.
• Experience with industry solutions like enterprise campus networks or data centers.
• Excellent communication, proposal writing and presentation skills; ability to travel short-term.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Provide presales technical support for data communication products and solutions (including routing & switching, data center, SDN, cloud-network convergence, wireless networks, etc.), covering customer demand research, technical communication, solution design and presentation;
• Lead the preparation of technical proposals, architecture design documents, and technical parts of bidding documents, and cooperate with the sales team to complete project bidding and tendering;
• Deliver customized data communication solutions for customer scenarios (e.g., enterprise campus, data center, industry private network), and output core deliverables such as topology diagrams, configuration lists, and technical parameters;
• Participate in product demonstrations, PoC testing, and technical training to help customers understand product value and technical advantages;
• Track technical trends in the data communication field (e.g., 5G bearer, AI-driven network, edge computing) and accumulate industry solutions and best practices;
• Cooperate with the sales team to maintain customer relationships, resolve technical questions during project advancement, and support project signing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information or related majors, with more than 5 years of presales or technical support experience in data communication;
• Proficiency in core data communication technologies: routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), switching technologies (VLAN, STP, VXLAN), data center architecture (Spine-Leaf), SDN/NFV, etc., with independent solution design capabilities;
• Familiar with mainstream data communication products (Huawei, Cisco, HP etc.) priority given to candidates with relevant certifications such as HCIP/HCIE, CCNP/CCIE;
• Experience in industry solutions (e.g., enterprise campus network, financial data center, operator backbone network), able to independently complete complex project proposal preparation and presentation;
• Excellent communication, proposal writing and presentation skills, strong pressure resistance, and willingness to accept short-term business trips;
• Understanding of emerging technologies such as SDN, priority given to candidates with presales experience in industry private networks (finance, transportation, government affairs).
