Capijal connects Turkish and European technology providers with major projects and strategic partners across the Middle East and Africa.

We are looking for a hands-on Presales Solutions Engineer to support opportunities across defense technologies, critical communications, telecom, IoT, secure data platforms and cybersecurity. International client and partner coordination will primarily be managed remotely from Ankara.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze client requirements and develop commercially viable solutions
• Coordinate technology providers and specialist engineering teams
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, BoQs, compliance matrices and tender responses
• Define scope, assumptions, exclusions and technical risks

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• At least 3 years of experience in presales, systems engineering, solution development or technical bids
• Experience or strong interest in defense, secure communications, telecom or IoT
