Job summary

Kazancı Holding A.Ş. is seeking an IT Infrastructure / Network Management Manager to oversee enterprise WAN/LAN/WLAN, data center and DR networks across domestic and international sites. The role focuses on designing resilient SD-WAN architectures, network security, and IT–OT segmentation to support energy and industrial operations.

You will lead a network team, manage vendors and partners, and ensure high availability and performance of critical services in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is required.
• 15+ years in enterprise networking with at least 5 years in people management.
• Proven experience in multi-site and international networks.
• Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF, VPN, routing and network segmentation.
• Hands-on with NGFW technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco).
• Experience with Data Center/DR network architectures and with IT–OT segmentation.

IT Infrastructure / Network Management Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure / Network Management Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, ensure business continuity, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise-wide WAN, LAN, WLAN, data center, Disaster Recovery (DR), and field network infrastructure across domestic and international locations.
• Design and operate resilient multi-site WAN and SD-WAN architectures, ensuring high availability and reliable connectivity.
• Manage Data Center–DR network architecture, including connectivity, redundancy, failover/failback scenarios, and periodic DR exercises.
• Oversee firewall, VPN, WAF, load balancing, routing, switching, NAC, and network security environments.
• Lead the planning and execution of IT–OT network segmentation initiatives across power plants and industrial facilities.
• Ensure network performance, availability, monitoring, capacity planning, and 24/7 continuity of critical services.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, business continuity, and application teams to ensure secure and resilient network services.
• Manage network technology vendors, telecommunications providers, maintenance contracts, and related technical procurement processes.
• Define network architecture standards and technology roadmaps supporting cloud, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop the network team, including performance management, technical development, and coordination with international teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise networking, including at least 5 years of people management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site and international network environments.
• Strong expertise in WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF, VPN, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
• Advanced hands-on experience with NGFW technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, or Cisco.
• Experience with Data Center and Disaster Recovery network architectures, including HA and failover scenarios.
• Experience with WAF, load balancing, NAC, and enterprise network security solutions.
• Solid understanding of network monitoring, performance management, capacity planning, and incident/problem management.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance, change management, and audit processes.
• Experience in IT–OT network segmentation within energy, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with network automation and cloud connectivity architectures is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to work effectively with international teams and technology partners.
• Availability for occasional international travel.
