More About the Role

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the business challenges and formulate data-driven solutions accordingly
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns, valuable insights and inferences
• Design, develop and deploy advanced analytical models to solve complex problems
• Employ scientific approach for conducting experimental design and rapid prototyping
• Lead the data-driven decision-making process, from data preparation and analysis to implementation and monitoring the results
• Iteratively improve the solutions to meet the highest-class standards and productionize
• Translate complex data analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage data science projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time
• Research the best practices to build the next generation analytics products and services

All About You

• Bachelor’s and/or MSc/PhD degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience in the field of data science
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, combined with strong hands-on experience in machine learning, advanced modeling techniques, and automation of data driven insights, is highly preferred.
• Solid hands-on experience in machine learning and other advanced modeling approaches to extract and automate valuable insights from data
• In-depth knowledge of causality and statistical inference
• Expertise in statistical modeling and optimization techniques, with experience in time‑series analysis and MLOps pipeline development being a preferred asset. Eagerness to learn new technologies and domains, a can-do attitude
• A strong initiative to solve real‑world problems and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse domains.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• No restrictions on traveling abroad.
