Job summary

Karadeniz Holding is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven solutions within our Information Technologies Department at the Kağıthane Head Office in Istanbul. The role focuses on translating business needs into robust, secure architectures and roadmaps, with emphasis on Generative AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in AI, data, digital transformation, solution architecture, product management, or program leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies, their enterprise applications, and industry best practices
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments, data platforms, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
• Good understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management processes
• Experience in establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and change management initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology functions
• Translate business needs into technology solutions and implementation roadmaps
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Exposure to Copilot, LLM-based solutions, intelligent automation platforms would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and Generative AI use cases with stakeholders
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solution architectures and roadmaps
• Define scalable, reusable architecture standards and best practices for AI solutions
• Guide technical teams on model selection, system architecture, and integration approaches
• Define standards for model lifecycle management including development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms
• Lead transition of AI initiatives from PoCs to production at scale
• Monitor solution performance, scalability, and business impact in production environments
• Define guardrails for responsible and secure AI usage
• Support AI CoE and cross-functional collaboration
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization
• Provide capability development through training and knowledge sharing

We are looking for a AI Solutions Architect to join our Information Technologies Department at our Head Office located in Kağıthane, Istanbul.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred,
• At least 8 years of experience in AI, data, digital transformation, solution architecture, product management, or program leadership roles,
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies, their enterprise applications, and industry best practices,
• Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and reusable solution architectures,
• Hands‑on experience with cloud environments, data platforms, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns,
• Good understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management processes,
• Experience in establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and change management initiatives,
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology functions,
• Capable of translating business needs into technology solutions and implementation roadmaps,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities,
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills,
• Results‑driven, delivery‑focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously,
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, data privacy regulations, and security standards,
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, or similar technologies would be an asset,
• Exposure to Copilot, LLM‑based solutions, intelligent automation platforms, and large‑scale transformation programs would be an asset,
• Excellent written and spoken English,
• No restriction for domestic and international travel.

• Contribute to the design, development, and continuous evolution of the company’s centralized AI platform,
• Define standards and best practices for model lifecycle management including development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining,
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and existing data platform,
• Lead the transition of AI initiatives from proof of concept and pilot stages to production environments and large‑scale deployment,
• Establish repeatable delivery frameworks and methodologies to accelerate AI solution implementation,
• Monitor solution performance, scalability, reliability, and business impact in production environments,
• Contribute to AI governance activities including model risk management, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements,
• Define and implement guardrails for responsible, ethical, and secure AI usage across the organization,Act as a key liaison between business, IT, data, security, and external technology partners,
• Support the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and foster cross‑functional collaboration across teams,
• Drive organization‑wide adoption of AI and Generative AI solutions through enablement and change management initiatives,
• Support capability development through training programs, knowledge sharing, and internal communication activities,
• Promote a data‑driven and AI‑powered culture across the organization,
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs related to AI value creation including efficiency gains, cost optimization, adoption, and business impact,
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
