Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related construction, design, or engineering discipline.
• Significant post-qualification experience in architecture, construction, hospitality development, or project management.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of new hotel developments, conversions, and refurbishments across Türkiye.
• Review architectural plans, site assessments, and development proposals.
• Ensure brand standards are met across projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
