Job summary

Mars Athletic Club in Istanbul invites an experienced Compensation & Benefits Executive to join our People & Culture team at the Head Office. You will oversee end-to-end payroll, salary calculations, and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 7 years in payroll/compensation, with knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and payroll controls. Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits in HR.
• Proven end-to-end payroll management experience.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, salary calculations and payroll controls.
• Good understanding of Turkish Labor Law and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end payroll processes are accurate and timely.
• Manage salary calculation, payroll and salary payments.
• Ensure accuracy of timekeeping, leave and attendance data.
• Handle salary increases, incentives, bonuses and other compensation payments.
• Monitor Social Security incentive processes and related calculations.
• Prepare regular payroll and benefits reports and identify improvement opportunities.
