Job summary

Mars Athletic Club in Istanbul is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Digital team at the Ortaköy HQ. You will define product vision, own the lifecycle, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to deliver scalable digital products.

The role requires 5–7+ years in product management, strong strategy and roadmap skills, and a data-driven mindset with SQL analytics and user insights. You will mentor junior PMs and lead go-to-market across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7+ years of product management or digital product development.
• Strong experience in strategy, roadmap management, and prioritization.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and long-term strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and manage the product portfolio roadmap and priorities.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle and lead critical decision points.
• Lead PRD, technical requirements, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Marketing, and other teams.
• Define KPIs/OKRs, monitor performance, and act on insights.
• Drive development with A/B testing and analytics.
• Plan go-to-market and launch strategies for new products.
