Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Türkiye seeks a Manager Architecture, Design & Construction to lead hotel developments, conversions, and refurbishments. You will oversee multiple projects, ensure brand standards, and coordinate with owners, franchisees, consultants, and internal teams across Türkiye.

You will guide design reviews, documentation, and compliance while advancing strategic business goals and guest experience. Strong Turkish and English, plus hospitality project experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related construction/design field.
• Significant post-qualification experience in architecture/construction.
• Experience in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale development projects.
• Proven success managing design and construction projects end-to-end.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; CAD software proficiency.
• Ability to review technical drawings and construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of hotel projects across development, conversion and refurbishment.
• Review plans, site assessments, and development proposals for brand alignment.
• Guide owners and partners through brand standards and project delivery.
• Conduct design reviews, site visits, and final sign-offs.
• Monitor progress and provide stakeholder updates via Salesforce.
• Develop Technical Services Agreements to support delivery.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards in all phases of projects.
• Identify design enhancements to improve guest experience and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees, owners and consultants.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, Brand, Marketing and Legal.
