Job summary

Admiral Media is a rapidly expanding, award-winning creative performance marketing agency hiring a Senior ASO Consultant to strengthen our ASO team. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on optimizing client apps on iOS and Android and owning ASO projects end-to-end.

You will lead keyword optimization, data-driven strategy, and asset localization while collaborating with designers, translators, and the wider Admiral Media team across time zones. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ASO experience and 3 years of mobile marketing experience.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to present results to clients.
• Proven project management skills with ownership of ASO projects.
• Deep knowledge of App/Play store developer consoles and ASO metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing of creative assets on Android and iOS.
• Hands-on keyword optimization experience with ASO processes.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Adaptable to startup culture.

Responsibilities

• Take full, hands-on responsibility for multiple client accounts, owning ASO projects end-to-end.
• Boost organic ranking and downloads through keyword and conversion rate optimization for client apps on App and Play Store.
• Provide briefs to designers and translators for creative experiments and asset localization.
• Formulate innovative ASO strategies to help client projects stand out in a competitive market.
• Create data-driven content for marketing initiatives and conferences.
• Represent Admiral Media at mobile growth conferences, delivering ASO workshops and engaging potential clients.
• Assist with other mobile growth-related activities within the company.
