Job summary

Everis is hiring for a fully remote Growth role focused on mobile app growth. You will own paid user acquisition, ASO end-to-end, and the full lifecycle journey to drive real subscribers and revenue.

You will work across Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels, turning insights into measurable experiments. Strong English, analytical thinking, and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience growing a mobile app or consumer subscription product.
• Proven ability to own acquisition channels and drive paid growth.
• Strong understanding of ASO and app-store dynamics (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with analytics, funnels, and performance reporting.
• Bonus: experience using AI tools for research, creative, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
• Own ASO end-to-end: keyword research, metadata, store creatives, testing and rankings.
• Improve trial-to-paid conversion across store listing, onboarding, paywall and lifecycle.
• Lead creative testing: develop/test ad concepts, copy, briefs, and landing pages.
• Measure performance: track CAC, installs, trial starts, conversion, LTV, revenue, and profit.
• Research growth opportunities from user, competitor, and market insights; turn into experiments.
• Collaborate with founders, product, design, data, and agencies to execute growth initiatives.
