Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Technical Support Senior Application Consultant based in Türkiye. In this full-time role, you will be a key member of the global technical support team, resolving incidents and guiding junior engineers. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical experience, and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years’ experience in ERM and Marine within technical software services/support.
• Proven ability to produce customer-facing documentation.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Native Turkish and fluent English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Resolve support incidents in line with customer and internal KPI requirements.
• Reproduce and verify defects, coordinating with product development.
• Maintain and expand technical expertise across AVEVA product areas.
• Deliver high-quality service to customers and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and support consistent practices.
