Job summary

Innovalift AB is seeking a Technical Services Support Specialist with Arabic and French language skills to join the team in Türkiye. The role involves handling emails, messages and calls, providing effective technical solutions to customer requests, issues and complaints, and supporting customers with product-related queries.

The candidate will also participate in international exhibitions when required and should have a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good command of French, Arabic, English, and Turkish (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Turkish is considered an advantage
• Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications
• Strong planning and organizational skills; analytical, customer-oriented, and a team player
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• No travel restrictions
• Valid driving license
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul

Responsibilities

• Responding to emails, messages, and/or online calls via WhatsApp, and providing effective solutions to customer requests, issues, and complaints.
• Providing technical support to Arkel customers when needed, assisting them in resolving job-related technical problems.
• Participating in international exhibitions when required, in order to support Arkel and provide technical information to potential customers.
