The Senior Legal Counsel will support AVEVA’s EMEA sales organisation by leading the review, drafting and negotiation of complex Cloud/SaaS/software and related services transactions, with responsibility for supporting both indirect/channel sales and direct sales activities across the region. This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced, pragmatic commercial lawyer who can operate with significant autonomy, partner closely with business stakeholders, and drive negotiations to timely closure while balancing legal risk with commercial objectives. The Senior Legal Counsel will collaborate closely with colleagues across EMEA and with counterparts in the Americas and Asia Pacific, and will advise on compliance with applicable laws, regulations and AVEVA policies relevant to the role’s scope.
This role is based in AVEVA’s Istanbul office with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office). Occasional travel may be required for key projects and customer/partner negotiations.
