Watira.ai is recruiting a Senior Account Executive & AI Consultant to blend AI advisory with sales leadership in Türkiye. You will lead AI and digital transformation engagements, run executive workshops, and identify high-impact AI opportunities while building a robust pipeline with enterprise and public-sector clients.

The role combines strategic consulting with growth objectives, requiring fluency in Turkish and English and the ability to travel across Türkiye to engage with C-level executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI, digital transformation, or related consulting.
• Proven AI/tech sales and revenue achievement.
• Ability to build opportunities and qualified pipeline.
• Experience with enterprise sales lifecycle in Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI advisory and digital transformation engagements.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and AI opportunity assessments.
• Develop AI strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value-realization frameworks.
• Advise clients on AI readiness, governance, Responsible AI, and AI cultural transformation.
• Translate business challenges into practical and scalable AI solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
• Lead AI sales and business development in Türkiye; manage full lifecycle and forecasts.
