Twentify, Türkiye’s leading market research company, seeks a Research Consultant to bridge clients with internal teams and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

You will translate briefs into research approaches, design surveys, coordinate cross-functional teams, and explore AI-powered tools to enhance day-to-day research workflows. Fully remote with Istanbul meetings, private health insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in the market research industry.
• Hands-on experience managing quantitative research projects.
• Experience designing research questionnaires.
• Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Curious and open to evolving technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into appropriate research approaches.
• Prepare research proposals and select methodologies.
• Design questionnaires and discussion guides.
• Coordinate with fieldwork, operations, data processing and reporting teams.
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review outputs for accuracy before client delivery.
• Build relationships with clients and manage ongoing communication.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Adopt new technologies and AI-powered research tools.
