Job summary

EY Türkiye is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Business Transformation team in Istanbul. You will lead defined workstreams, shape operating models, and translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and embed AI and digital technologies into transformation programs while coordinating junior colleagues. Fluency in Turkish and English is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or another relevant discipline.
• A relevant master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or business transformation.
• Experience owning significant project deliverables or leading defined workstreams within transformation engagements.
• Strong problem‑structuring, research, and analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams within multidisciplinary transformation engagements from diagnosis to value realization.
• Structure complex business challenges and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Design transformation solutions covering operating models, processes, and governance.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and business cases.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to embed AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies.
• Coordinate junior team members and provide timely feedback.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and market research.
