Qualifications

SAP FICO – BCM | Cash Management & General Finance Lead

Employment Type: B2B Contract

Location: Turkiye (100% REMOTE)

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead with strong expertise in Cash Management, Banking, Treasury, and Core Finance to lead functional delivery across complex SAP programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO sub-projects from design through implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Conduct workshops, manage stakeholders, and coordinate international consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance while ensuring delivery standards and documentation.
• Manage multiple engagements and priorities while ensuring integrated, high-quality solutions.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP FICO experience, including at least 4 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Bank Account Management (BAM), and Treasury processes.
• Solid knowledge of Bank Communication Management (BCM), Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), cash pooling, and intercompany cash flows.
• Experience with bank integrations, DMEE, ISO 20022, SEPA, MT formats, host-to-host, payment approvals, bank reconciliation, and electronic bank statements.
• Strong General Ledger knowledge, including account determination, chart of accounts, document splitting, parallel ledgers, and financial close.
• Good understanding of integration with AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Fiori, APIs, IDocs, EDI, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong experience preparing functional specifications, technical specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
