Job summary

Karadeniz Holding is seeking a Finance Digital Transformation Architect in Istanbul HQ to lead enterprise-wide finance and ERP transformation initiatives, focusing on SAP FI, TRM, CO, FM and SAP S/4HANA. You will align business needs with technology, develop strategic roadmaps, and champion automation across finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Financial Systems or related functions.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP FI.
• Experience in SAP TRM, CO, FM and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, process improvement and ERP implementation projects.
• Good understanding of financial processes, financial close activities and cash management practices.
• Strong business analysis, process design and project management skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics, KPI management and reporting processes.
• Experience in identifying and implementing automation opportunities using digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across Finance, Treasury and Budgeting functions.
• Develop and execute roadmaps that improve process efficiency, automation and financial visibility.
• Drive projects that enhance cash flow visibility through reporting, process optimization and system integrations.
• Support initiatives that accelerate financial close processes and reduce manual workload.
• Improve finance processes including invoice management, payments, expense management, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Manage the enhancement, standardization and adoption of finance applications, primarily SAP FI and related solutions.
• Evaluate business requirements by considering business value, cost, risk and strategic priorities.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities leveraging technologies such as RPA, Workflow, AI and Power Platform.
• Support the development of financial data models, KPIs and management reporting capabilities.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners throughout transformation projects.
• Ensure finance processes comply with governance, internal control and audit requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance systems, processes and ways of working.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related disciplines,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Financial Systems or related functions,
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in SAP FI,
• Experience in SAP TRM, CO, FM and SAP S/4HANA is preferred,
• Proven experience in digital transformation, process improvement and ERP implementation projects,
