Job summary

Solvia Digital Solutions in Turkey seeks an Expert SAP HCM Consultant to join the Warehouse Management Team. You will manage Employee Central (EC) and Bordro payroll implementations, support daily operations, and actively participate in S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors projects.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP HCM, hands-on EC and Bordro expertise, and a SAP certification is preferred. The position offers a market-based gross salary, meal card, health insurance, retirement program, and

Qualifications

• University graduate in Engineering, MIS, Business or related areas.
• 4+ years of experience in the SAP HCM module.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and Turkish Bordro processes.
• SAP Certification is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills; ability to model processes.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking an active role in S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors Projects.
• Managing and supporting EC and Bordro implementations, integration, and daily operations.
• Taking an active part in Rollout Projects.
• Analyzing business operations and designing/documenting processes per industry best practices.
• Solving incidents and change requests opened in the customer's ticketing tool.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business or related areas,
• 4+ years of experience in the SAP HCM module,
• Hands‑on experience and strong knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Turkish Payroll (Bordro) processes,
• SAP Certification is preferred,
• Strong problem‑solving and business analysis skills and experience, including functional decomposition, requirements gathering, and process modelling. Being able to turn towards creative and innovative approaches and openness to learning,
• Have strong communication skills,
