Job summary

TDG is looking for an SAP FI-CO Consultant to join our team in Turkey. You will manage end-to-end FI-CO modules, analyze finance processes, and design SAP solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP FI-CO, strong integration with MM/SD, and excellent English communication. Travel flexibility is welcome; training and rollout activities are included.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO modules.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO.
• Strong knowledge of integration with MM, SD and other modules.
• Experience in financial closing, cost accounting, budgeting and reporting processes.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• No restriction to travel locally or globally.
• Bachelor degree in related discipline.

• End-to-end management and enhancement of SAP FI-CO modules

• Leading rollout projects for new processes and system functionalities within Talent
• Providing continuous improvements together with business representatives and business analysts
• Translating functional requirements into technical requirements and tasks
• Providing expert support to system users and guiding system developments
• Ensuring system compliance (data protection and quality, business continuity and disaster recovery)
• Coordinating testing in alignment with test coordinators and respective technical teams
• Ticket management for respective area
• Organizing and coordinating trainings and system demonstrations

Job description

TDG is looking for new colleagues for our team, who will support us as SAP FI-CO Consultant with following tasks;

Executing local projects to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality), ensuring business success.

• End-to-end management and enhancement of SAP FI-CO modules
• Analyze and optimize finance and accounting processes within SAP
• Gather and analyze business requirements and design appropriate SAP solutions
• Coordinate with technical teams for development and implementation
• Management and support of the application
• Leading of rollout projects for new processes and system functionalities within the area of Talent
• Providing continuous improvements together with the business representatives and business analysts for all implemented processes within Talent
• Translating functional requirements into technical requirements and tasks in alignment with technical and functional team members
• Providing expert support to system users and guiding of system developments always with having an eye on impacts on other processes or IT solutions
• Ensuring system compliance (data protection and quality, business continuity and disaster recovery)
• Coordinating of testing in alignment with test coordinators and respective technical teams
• Ticket management for respective area
• Organizing and coordinating of trainings and system demonstrations

Qualifications:

• A broad technical understanding of SAP and related Systems together with a deep understanding of the modules and their integration within the system landscape
• Project Management skills in order to plan and run smaller and bigger projects
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO modules
• Strong expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling)
• Knowledge of integration processes with MM,SD and other modules
• Experience in financial closing, cost accounting, budgeting and reporting processes
• Preferably experienced in S/4HANA projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Minimum License Degree in related discipline
