Job summary

KoçZer is seeking an ERP Analyst to analyze and design ERP requirements, manage developments from analysis to deployment, and provide production support. You will debug ABAP, work with SAP FI/CO/TRM/AA modules, and ensure compliance with IT roadmaps while coordinating with IT and business units.

The role requires 3+ years ERP experience, strong SAP knowledge, and solid SQL/database skills. Flexibility for extended hours may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 3 years ERP experience, preferably in financial modules.
• Strong SAP/ERP knowledge with hands-on FI/CO/TRM/AA experience.
• Experience with finance processes: GL, Collections, Payments, Fixed Assets, Treasury, profitability.
• Proficient in T-SQL and relational databases; ABAP debugging capabilities.
• Must understand SDLC, Change & Project Management; ITIL-like incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ERP requirements and align with IT roadmap and architecture.

Job description

• Analyze ERP-related business requirements, including feasibility, impact, risk, and technical design, in line with the Company's IT roadmap and architecture.
• Manage ERP developments from analysis and testing through production deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide application support for production systems and manage incidents, change requests, and corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve application issues through debugging, replication, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain required project and technical documentation, including analyses, designs, test scenarios, user manuals, and training materials.
• Coordinate with consultants throughout project and support processes, monitor deliverable quality, and provide guidance when needed.
• Effectively use relevant tools such as help desk, SQL, and project management applications.
• Deliver assigned project activities accurately and on time, proactively identifying and escalating potential risks or delays.
• Ensure ERP services meet defined service levels and performance standards.
• Coordinate annual ERP disaster recovery and backup restoration tests.
• Ensure efficient and uninterrupted delivery of ERP Support, Projects, Minor Enhancements, and Customizations.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams and business units to ensure effective communication and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP experience, preferably within financial modules.
• Strong SAP/ERP knowledge with hands-on experience in SAP FI, CO, TRM, and AA.
• Knowledge of finance processes including General Ledger, Collections, Payments, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Profitability Management.
• Experience with T-SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to understand and debug ABAP programs and perform minor enhancements.
• Knowledge of programming concepts, algorithms, SDLC, Change Management, and Project Management.
• Experience with Incident, Problem Management, and IT Support processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Sufficient English proficiency to follow technical documentation and industry developments.
