Job summary

TDG Türkiye in Istanbul seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support SAP SuccessFactors operations and lead rollout projects for Talent processes.

You will translate requirements into technical tasks, provide expert user support, and ensure data protection and system quality across the landscape. English communication is essential, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Broad technical understanding of SAP HR and HR systems with SFSF integration.
• 1–2 years in Turkish and international consultancy environments.
• Project management experience to plan and run projects.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Located for fulltime or parttime engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP SuccessFactors applications.
• Lead rollout projects for new talent processes and system functions.
• Drive continuous improvements with business representatives and analysts.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks for teams.
• Provide expert user support and guide system developments.
• Ensure data protection, quality, and business continuity.
• Coordinate testing with test coordinators and technical teams.
• Handle ticketing for the SAP SuccessFactors area.
• Plan trainings and system demonstrations.

SAP Success Factors Consultant

TDG is looking for new colleagues for our team, who will support us as SAP Success Factors Consultant with following tasks;

• Management and support of the application
• Leading of rollout projects for new processes and system functionalities within the area of Talent
• Providing continuous improvements together with the business representatives and business analysts for all implemented processes within Talent
• Translating functional requirements into technical requirements and tasks in alignment with technical and functional team members
• Providing expert support to system users and guiding of system developments always with having an eye on impacts on other processes or IT solutions
• Ensuring system compliance (data protection and quality, business continuity and disaster recovery)
• Coordinating of testing in alignment with test coordinators and respective technical teams
• Ticket management for respective area
• Organizing and coordinating of trainings and system demonstrations

Qualifications

• A broad technical understanding of SAP HR and related HR Systems together with a deep understanding of the SFSF modules and their integration within the system landscape
• Proven internal consultancy skills, at least 1-2 years’ experience as a consultant in a Turkish and international environment
• Project Management skills in order to plan and run smaller and bigger projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Minimum License Degree in related discipline
