Job summary

Centurion İlaç is seeking an experienced SAP Specialist to strengthen our financial systems within SAP S/4HANA. You will lead analysis, configuration, testing, and go‑live for finance processes, while coordinating with external consultants and ensuring end‑to‑end support across AR/AP, asset accounting, and period‑end closing.

The role requires 2+ years in SAP FI/CO/AA/TRM/FM, strong English, and knowledge of Turkish regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in SAP Financial modules FI/CO/AA/TRM/FM in implementation, consulting, or support roles.
• Experience in configuration and development within SAP S/4HANA Financial modules.
• Knowledge of Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and local accounting regulations.
• Experience integrating SAP Financial with logistics modules.
• Ability to develop programs and reports using ABAP, or willingness to develop ABAP skills.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot SAP programs and reports.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience in documentation, test management, and end‑user training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in production costing and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go‑live activities of finance processes in SAP Financial modules.
• Evaluate requests from business units, identify requirements, and develop solutions.
• Oversee external consultants, ensure knowledge transfer, and build internal capability.
• Manage configuration and development requirements within SAP Financial modules.
• Support accounting, financial reporting, asset accounting, AR/AP, and period‑end closing.
• Coordinate SAP integration with other applications.
• Ensure continuity of E‑Invoice, E‑Archive, E‑Dispatch Note, and statutory reporting.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide end‑user support and resolve incidents and requests.
• Manage development and testing for new projects and upgrades.
• Deliver user training and maintain system documentation.
• Drive process improvement across finance processes.
• Take an active role in AI integration within SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting, financial management, asset accounting, and budgeting processes,
• Knowledge of the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and local accounting regulations,
• Experience with integration points between SAP Financial modules and logistics modules,
• Ability to develop programs and reports using ABAP, or willingness to develop ABAP skills,
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot errors in SAP programs and reports,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and process improvement skills,
• Experience in documentation, test management, and end‑user training,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team,
• Good command of English,

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities of the company’s finance and accounting processes within SAP Financial modules,
• Evaluate requests from business units, identify system requirements, and develop appropriate solutions,
• Manage and oversee external consultants when required, ensure knowledge transfer, and build internal capability to resolve similar issues independently in the future,
• Manage configuration and development requirements within SAP Financial modules,
• Support accounting, financial reporting, asset accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and period‑end closing processes,
• Coordinate integration activities between SAP and other corporate applications,
• Ensure the continuity and effective operation of E‑Invoice, E‑Archive, E‑Dispatch Note, and statutory reporting processes,
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing activities,
• Provide end‑user support and resolve system incidents and requests,
• Manage analysis, development, testing, and implementation activities for new projects and system upgrades,
• Deliver user training and keep system documentation up to date,
• Develop process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency across the company’s finance processes,
• Take an active role in AI integration initiatives within SAP S/4HANA.
