Job summary

Farplas is seeking a SAP FI-CO Business Analyst Team Member to analyze FI-CO requirements, perform configurations, and coordinate with external SAP consultants as part of our digital transformation efforts.

The role emphasizes gathering requirements, testing, and ensuring integration across SAP and third-party systems, while delivering end-user training to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, MIS, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as SAP FI-CO Analyst or similar.
• Automotive/manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on SAP FI configurations with a solid CO understanding.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document SAP FI-CO requests from the Finance department and provide 1st and 2nd level system support.
• Perform configurations and customizations in SAP FI; prepare detailed functional specs for external consultants.
• Coordinate communication between business units and external SAP consultants.
• Prepare test scenarios, conduct testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.

What Does the SAP FI-CO Business Analyst Team Member Do at Farplas?

• Analyze and document SAP FI-CO requests from the Finance department and provide 1st and 2nd level system support,
• Perform minor configurations and customizations in SAP FI; analyze complex development requests and prepare detailed functional specifications for the external consulting firm,
• Coordinate the communication between business units and external SAP consultants, ensuring efficient utilization of external consulting efforts,
• Prepare test scenarios, conduct internal testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing for projects and change requests,
• Ensure the proper integration and consistency of financial processes between SAP and third-party systems,
• Take an active role in digital transformation initiatives and deliver training sessions for key and end-users.

What Are the Requirements for a SAP FI-CO Business Analyst Team Member at Farplas?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, MIS, or a related field,
• 2-3 years of experience as an SAP FI-CO Business Analyst, Key User, or Junior Consultant,
• Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly preferred,
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI processes and configurations, with a solid understanding of CO processes,
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide initial SAP-based solutions or workarounds,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills (internal business units and external vendors),
• Good command of written and spoken English.
