Job summary

Martur Fompak International seeks a SAP Industrial Process Development Senior Specialist to drive planning and production system design across global plants. You will collaborate with SAP teams, business units and consultants to implement standard processes and continuous improvements.

The role emphasizes manufacturing KPI reporting, real-time monitoring and Industry 4.0 initiatives; travel internationally is expected as projects roll out globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Min 5+ years of experience in at least one SAP module listed.
• Knowledge of SQL/HANA databases.
• Familiarity with SAP PCo, OPC or PLC integrations is a plus.
• Experience in Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing projects is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Determine requirements for planning and production departments; analyze, design and implement the system.
• Research and implement standard processes in line with needs.
• Communicate with SAP software development team, business units and consultants.
• Design and implement manufacturing process improvements aligned with SAP Best Practices.
• Prepare project plans, user guides, test scripts/plans; report outcomes.
• Provide user training and go-live support; analyze root causes.
• Participate in SAP module rollouts (ME, MII, DMC, APO PP/DS, PP, IBP).
• Support real-time production monitoring, traceability, OEE and KPI reporting.
• Contribute to Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and SAP innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Industry Engineering or related engineering departments of universities,
• Min 5+ years of experience in at least one of SAP (PP, MII, APO PP/DS, ME, DMC, IBP) modules,
• Knowledge of SQL/HANA databases,
• Familiarity with SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo), OPC or PLC integrations is an asset,
• Experience in Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing projects is a plus,
• Preferable to be Data Scientist Programs Certification or Master's or PhD in Mathematics - Statistics Basic Sciences,
• Ability to work in international teams,
• Open minded, target oriented, team player and strong analytics thinking,
• No restriction to travel internationally.
