Qualifications

• University graduates of engineering programs.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management in the automotive industry.
• Planning, prioritization, organization, and communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer- and results-oriented thinking.
• Good command of English or German; willingness to travel internationally/relocate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project management aligns with customer targets, budgets, and company goals during transition to mass production.
• Adhere to project management procedures and EFT/Sales and Marketing process instructions.
• Provide internal guidance and create project plans with reports for ongoing projects.
• Lead trial teams, participate in client meetings, and present product files.
• Monitor commercial impact of changes and report potential disruptions to the Project Team Manager.
• Prepare data to justify additional budget requests; ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate phase system requirements, organize customer meetings, and prepare product files.
• Maintain customer-Farplas communication for timely information flow and warnings.
• Execute SOP + 3 Month phase activities to achieve smooth mass production.
• Prepare performance data for completed approvals and support new product launches.
