Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure project management aligns with customer targets, budgets, and company goals during transition to mass production.
• Adhere to project management procedures and EFT/Sales and Marketing process instructions.
• Provide internal guidance and create project plans with reports for ongoing projects.
• Lead trial teams, participate in client meetings, and present product files.
• Monitor commercial impact of changes and report potential disruptions to the Project Team Manager.
• Prepare data to justify additional budget requests; ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate phase system requirements, organize customer meetings, and prepare product files.
• Maintain customer-Farplas communication for timely information flow and warnings.
• Execute SOP + 3 Month phase activities to achieve smooth mass production.
• Prepare performance data for completed approvals and support new product launches.

What Does the Project Team Member Do at Farplas?

• To ensure that project management is carried out in line with customer targets, customer specific requests, company goals, project budget and company strategies during the transition phase of plastic parts, for which supplier selection has been completed within the scope of Farplas A.Ş., to mass production.
• Fulfilling the requirements of the Project Management process by adhering to the procedures and instructions specified in the Project Management process.
• Fulfilling the requirements of the role within the process by adhering to the EFT preparation, procedures, and instructions specified in the Sales and Marketing Process.
• Providing appropriate internal information and guidance for projects undertaken.
• Creating a project plan, preparing/presenting project reports for projects undertaken, and ensuring the smooth operation of the process.
• Leading the trial team and teamwork, providing solutions to problems, participating in client meetings, and presenting the product file to the client.
• Monitoring the commercial impact of changes throughout the project and communicating them to the Project Team Manager. Anticipating, preventing, and reporting potential disruptions.
• Preparing the necessary data to convey additional project budget requirements, excluding overhead, to the Sales & Marketing department during the EFT process. Ensuring compliance with the established budget throughout the project and preparing the necessary data for reporting compliance performance.
• Ensure the fulfillment of Farplas phase system and customer-specific requirements, monitor trials, organize customer meetings, conduct internal follow-up to create the customer product file, organize phase presentations, and submit project follow-up reports. Report project disruptions immediately to the Project Team Manager, work to identify countermeasures, and monitor the implementation of the identified measures.
• Ensure communication between the customer and the Farplas project team, strive for timely information flow, and provide guidance and warnings.
• Execute the necessary procedures to ensure smooth mass production by the end of the SOP + 3 Month phase, organize the project team, and ensure the timely and appropriate completion of the customer and Farplas internal approval process.
• Prepare relevant project performance data for projects whose approval processes have been completed.
• Participate in the Project Team Manager's work and assignments regarding customer representation within the company during the new product launch phase, coordinate the work in line with customer requests, and provide feedback.

What Are the Requirements for a Project Team Member at Farplas?
