Job summary

Modern Oluklu Mukavva Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is seeking a senior SAP/AI leader to drive S/4HANA enabled finance transformations. You will design SAP solutions, manage integrations, and lead cross-functional teams across business and IT to deliver complex projects.

The role requires 5+ years with SAP, strong English, and expertise in AI-driven optimization of SAP processes, reporting, and automation in finance. Based in Istanbul region with on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Having a Bachelor's Degree in related engineering or technology fields,
• At least 5-year experience working with SAP and a deep understanding of SAP systems and their integration with other enterprise applications,
• Configuration & Implementation knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Financial modules (FI, CO, TRM),
• Knowledge about Product Costing Methods,
• Programming knowledge on SAP ABAP is a plus,
• Knowledge and practical experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and AI-supported business applications, particularly in the areas of finance, reporting, data analysis, process automation, and decision support,
• Ability to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve SAP processes, data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency,
• Being familiar with the emerging artificial intelligence technologies within the ecosystem is a major advantage.
• Leadership experience in enterprise applications, including some combination of direct supervision, team lead, or project management responsibilities required,
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) working with stakeholders and development teams,
• Strong analytical skills would be beneficial,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Job Description

• Delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation projects,
• Designing and configuring of SAP solutions and integration aspects,
• Design and development/consultancy of applications in the environment of the SAP modules,
• Managing partner relationships,
• Lead teams of SAP Business Analysts and other project team members from the business in the delivery of critical projects,
• Understand and manage client expectations to ensure client service and satisfaction by meeting the needs of clients in a complete,
• Definition of architectures, technology stacks and development environments,
• Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence and AI-supported tools within SAP FI/CO processes to improve efficiency, automation, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making,
• Evaluate and support the implementation of AI-based solutions for financial data analysis, process optimization, anomaly detection, and management reporting,
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to integrate AI capabilities into SAP transformation and digitalization projects,
• Stay up to date with developments in SAP Business AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies relevant to SAP Finance and Controlling.
