Job summary

Tractel in Istanbul is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team. You will support our sales activities throughout the quotation and order process, working closely with customers, distributors, factories and internal teams.

You will also provide day-to-day support to the Sales Manager and help ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. If you are motivated to develop in sales, you will prepare quotations, coordinate orders, maintain information, and collaborate with Finance,

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales experience.
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• CRM and ERP knowledge, or willingness to learn.
• Valid driving licence and ability to drive as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations together with the Sales Manager.
• Follow up quotations and keep the sales pipeline up to date.
• Process and coordinate customer orders with our factories.
• Maintain accurate order and shipment information.
• Communicate with customers and distributors and respond to their needs.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Production, Purchasing and other internal teams.
• Monitor sales orders and support the follow-up of sales targets.
• Support back-office sales activities and deliveries when required.
• Promote our company values, safety standards and Code of Conduct.
