Job summary

Mowi Central Europe, based in Istanbul, Türkiye, seeks an Operations Coordinator & Sales Support to streamline financial and administrative processes across sales and local teams. You will coordinate invoicing, payments, customer accounts, and month-end tasks in collaboration with Shared Service teams.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Accounting degree, about 3 years of experience in financial operations, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in financial operations, accounting support, or sales support.
• Experience in multinational or shared services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day financial and administrative activities between local operations and shared service teams.
• Follow up on invoices, discrepancies, and supporting documentation.
• Process orders, invoices, returns, and credits in the ERP system (M3).
• Monitor customer credit limits and coordination with internal teams.
• Assist month-end closings and prepare basic financial analyses.
