Job summary

Stryker Türkiye is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for hospitals and distributors and to ensure orders are compliant and delivered on time. You will review POs, prepare accurate quotations, and maintain precise customer records.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Quality teams, support forecasting, and help simplify processes while working onsite at Stryker facilities in Türkiye, enabling smooth operations and

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Health Management or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, customer service or commercial administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookup functions and pivot tables.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and enterprise resource planning order processes.
• Fluent in Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash process from hospital PO to invoicing.
• Prepare quotations using price lists and contracts; ensure product codes, registrations, and descriptions are complete.
• Maintain orders and records; track shipments and payments and escalate blockers.
• Coordinate new customer accounts and master data updates with Finance for credit limits.
• Support forecasting and monthly reporting; drive weekly coordination on open items and blockers.
