Job summary

GROME Trading Limited (L.L.C.) in Türkiye seeks a hands-on Customer Service & Quotations specialist responsible for preparing quotations, issuing order confirmations, and coordinating with SAP. The role emphasizes accuracy, channel pricing, and timely responses.

You will support demand forecasting, stock coordination, and ensure regulatory checks for imports. Istanbul residence is required; Turkish fluency and English conversational ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; MBA is a plus.
• Fluent Turkish; conversational English.
• Istanbul resident is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate and issue quotations per policies; pricing across channels.
• Follow approval matrix while issuing quotations and updating SAP with customer PO.
• Issue order confirmations with estimated values.
• Check order availability and propose delivery options; update order status.
• Screen complex orders for technical content and commercial accuracy.
• Monitor delivery notes with DC OM team and Credit controller to remove blocks.
• Monthly reporting on orders, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
• Support demand planning to forecast non-fast-moving products; align with sales targets.
• Establish stock ordering mapping tool related to market needs and sales forecast.
• Assist approvals team to highlight local regulations impacting imports (ISI, approvals).
